Hello Students and Parents!
We are cancelling today's classes due to the snow. Master Lee would like the students to practice their forms and do 3 sets of push ups, sit ups and jumps (10 of each) and don't forget about those splits! Stay safe and we'll see you next week!

Good Afternoon, Students and Parents!
In anticipation of the snow storm starting tonight and lasting until Tuesday, we have decided to close the
studio for classes tomorrow (Monday 2/1). The weather forecast has the storm ending in the morning on Tuesday
and we'll make a decision about classes at that time, so please stay close to your emails!

Hello, Students and Parents!
In anticipation of the snow storm later today, we have decided to close the studio for classes.
The belt promotion testing will proceed as scheduled tomorrow and Thursday. Please continue to practice your forms and breaking at home today.
On Thursday before each testing session, we'll take about 10-15 minutes to quickly review the forms and breaking that we would have done today, so don't worry, you'll be well-prepared for the test!
Be safe and we'll see you tomorrow and Thursday!

Good Morning Students and Parents of World Champion Taekwondo of North Haven! Due to the weather, in-studio AND Zoom classes for today have been cancelled. Students can work out today by doing push ups, sit ups, jumps and stretching (do 3 sets and 10 times per set). Enjoy the snow and we'll see you next week!

There will be NO CLASSES in the studio today! Master Lee will conduct classes via Zoom, so please log in to Zoom for today's classes. We will have live in-studio classes tomorrow (Wednesday) and Thursday. If you want to come to three classes next week, that would be fine! Stay safe, everyone!

Hello World Champion Taekwondo North Haven Parents and Students! This week and next week on Monday and Tuesday only (May 11, 12, 18 and 19), Master Lee will be conducting the on-line Zoom classes as he has been doing for the past few weeks. Wednesdays and Thursdays will continue to be used for practice and training using the Google Classroom videos. We are anxiously awaiting the Governor's decision for the possible re-opening of businesses by May 20. When we have more information to share with you, we will do that immediately. In the meantime, please be assured that we will do everything we can to confirm to the CDC guidelines to keep our instructors, students, parents and families protected when we re-open. Please continue to practice, have fun and most importantly, be safe and take care of each other!
