We’ll the fight has officially been leaked , Yuri Panferov will be making his middle weight debut this Oct 10th in Vegas at the UFC Apex center for DWCS. Tuff fight both guys are 6-0 at pro and 5-0 ammy so definitely don’t wanna miss this one live on ESPN PLUS.

Monday night I promoted my 3rd ever female purple belt. She’s one of the most talented females I’ve ever worked with and trained with. Big congrats to , also very sad to announce she’s moving to New Zealand. Definitely will be missed by everyone especially her female partners.

Saturday night we had two fighters compete both first rd finishes. Big congrats to with his pro debut 1-0 1 tko and big congrats to now 10-0 10 finishes 5-0 ammy 5-0 pro all 1st rd finishes. we will see you soon 😊

Super proud of all my students who competed this weekend. We won the No Gi Team belt again proving we are Cts best. Thankful to teach such talented grapplers.

1- Never ask the instructor when you are getting promoted. This is a universal unspoken rule in Jiu Jitsu.
2- Take care of your training partners. Do not crank submissions.
3- NEVER walk on the mats in your street shoes.
4- Clean Gi/ Shorts and Rash Guards at all times, Cut your fingernails and toenails/ General good hygiene.
5- Don’t brag about/ celebrate tapping an opponent out during training.
6- Be An Example For Lower Belts. You’re Never Too Good To Drill the Day’s Technique Like The Others.
7- Do not talk while the instructor is showing a technique.
8- If you have any type of sickness the flu, cold, ringworm or rash please stay home until it’s gone.
9- Shirts or Rash Guards must be worn at all times. No shirtless training
10- Change clothes IN the changing room only
11- Please make sure you take your belongings from the locker rooms, cubbies and mats. If you bring it in, bring it out (water bottles, shoes, towels, mouth guards, etc…)
12- Please show up to class on time.
13- Wash your hands after using the bathroom.
14- Do not use the bathrooms to change clothes, please use changing rooms.
15- All clothes, gym bags, etc. must be placed in changing rooms or cubbies.
16- Please No Teaching lower belts unless Andrew or Marisa specifically asks you to.
17- Use the fist bump slap to start a roll and
End a roll with a handshake and a good word.
18- Show respect for your teammates when drilling and rolling – Don’t be a spaz, Be focused.
19- Show respect for higher belts in the class when live training. If out of space, move for upper belts.
20- When rolling with higher belts during live training please refrain from asking technique questions or suggestions. Live training time is for everyone to get into the zone and have fun not instruct.
