🚨 FPC LAWSUIT UPDATE 🚨

In our Carralero v. Bonta challenge to the California Public Carry Ban, we just filed a Motion for Preliminary Injunction asking the Court to block enforcement of SB2's public carry bans for the duration of the lawsuit.

This is important because the Court must determine that we are likely to succeed on the merits of our case to justify issuing the injunction. It will put us in the driver's seat and make the anti-rights zealots panic.

In other Public Carry Ban lawsuits around the country (i.e., NJ & NY), we secured injunctions and are confident we will have similar results here.

Yesterday, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law several anti-rights bills, including the Public Carry Ban, SB 2.

However, no time was wasted, and our Carralero v. Bonta Lawsuit challenging SB 2 was filed before the ink was dry on his signature.
