A student once came to me determined to kick exactly like I did.
He was the strongest man Iโd ever met โ but also six inches taller, 100 pounds heavier, and built completely differently than me. Different mobility. Different health. Different life story.
For months he struggled, trying to copy my style. And for months, he failed.
The turning point came when he stopped trying to move like meโฆ and started moving like himself.
Thatโs when everything clicked. His kicks didnโt just improve โ they became better than mine. His own body, his own style, his own brand of power.
