✨Learn the in and outs of what is right for you while following proper organization guidelines and criteria! With 25+ years in coaching in bodybuilding and personal training I will also offer tips & tricks for your individual physique to better your presentation.
✨I will cover OCB, ANBF, WNBF, and NPC posing. I also will be bringing you many years of coaching at many shows. What to expect the day of!
✨$35 for 1 one-hour session in the clinic. If you are doing two session (athletes that compete in multiple divisions), the second is $25.

and Mike… such an incredible dinner together with yummy food and the best company!!!!

The athletes at the show were phenomenal. We had so much fun.! the sadness I hold is I did not get to stop at Reins Deli for pickles 🥒. So anyone going to the SOA… And if you’re reading this… You better bring me a bucket of half-and-half sours! 😂

Just a year ago Colette & I met thru her incredibly supportive aunt who I know through this amazing sport of bodybuilding. We hit up the April OCB Blaze of Glory for her debut show! And just five days ago she took stage at the OCB Tallahassee Winter Classic promoted by ! And what a day she had! ✨💪🏼✨

As a full-time med student, she is dedicated to everything. She puts her fingers on. She has so much passion! I cannot wait to see where we go next together. I just hope I’m down south with her when it happens. My only regret of last Saturday… I was not in Florida!!! 🌴 ☀️ 🏖️
