With 25+ years of coaching in bodybuilding & personal training I will also offer tips & tricks for your individual physique to better your presentation.
✨I will cover OCB, ANBF, WNBF, and NPC posing. I also will be bringing you many years of experience of coaching at hundreds shows. Know what to expect the day of!
✨$35 for 1 one-hour session in the clinic. If you are doing two sessions (hybrid athletes that compete in multiple divisions), the 2nd &/or 3rd is $25 each.

My Team crushed it in July at the Mayhem On The Mountain New Hampshire A new OCB NATURAL BODYBUILDING ™ Pro 🏆 and every one placed Top 5!!! 🏆
Owen Lopez crushed his second show in the Men’s Physique division! Built so much from March ‘25! I can’t wait to see what we bring to the stage together in 2027! Operation Build!

Open B we no placement but that class had 9 incredible athletes!!!!

Morgan seriously made some major changes in her time in between OCB Hall of Fame and this show! Jumping from 5th to 2nd in very similar completion levels! This was her best competition yet… And we have more to come… her transformation. The past two years has been incredible! Wellness is definitely her division! 🥰💪🏽

Alli Plante just happen to walk her way into her first show and then walked away qualifying for her OCB Pro card… unless drive & dedication is on the band substance list!! So proud of her… plenty of work to be done before taking the OCB Pro stage… So we’re gonna try a few other things in the meantime! 💪🏽🤍

Liza Carey making her come back onto stage after quite some time. This was our first show together and damn did we make a transformation… And this transformation is gonna keep going! Kind of scary that this show out of so many of hers was the first one that she had her coach side-by-side with her the whole day! I always want to be there for my athletes when I can! 🤍🙏🏼

Ben Hardy … 💪🏼This guy!!! After crushing the stage at the NPC Northeast Cutler as a warm up & he qualified again for NPC Universe (not needing to)! On July 4th, for the 2nd time he stepped on to the NPC News Online Official Page Universe stage!!!! He increased his placements in both his divisions from last year.
🥉 3rd Bodybuilding Middleweight Masters 35+
🥈2nd Classic Physique Class A Masters 35+ divisions.
He’s not done… I’m not done… Because we don’t quit!!! Goals are not to be given up… they are to be earned and fought for!
With the support of his beautiful wife Carrie Hardy (and her tolerating my messaging all day while I coached from NH) and their beautiful daughter… the support system for any bodybuilder is critical!!!

Just a splash of skyler lynanne Glute & Ham 💪🏼🍑 workout today with me! So proud of this one! Getting better balanced workouts to build symmetry in her physique. Learning proper macros and balance of food for a healthy lifestyle. How to handle “social settings and pressures” and keeping a good healthy balance! Now we plan for stage!! It’s a process. She trusted the process! I’m damn proud of her. 🙏🏼💪🏼 Show date for us to know and the rest of you to find out! 😂

On May 30, 2026 Melissa Hooper and I took off for Hudson, MA to make her The ANBF Pro Debut at the NorthEast Classic promoted by Begic Productions!!! WHAT A DAY!
2nd 🥈 Place in the Pro Figure Class! Earning a show pay out for her first time! 🏆💪🏼✨
Of course we stuck around… she competed in the Amateur show in the division FemFit! Taking 2nd 🥈 place in the Open Class was another great accomplishment. This is the second time she has stepped on stage in this division… 2 weeks prior she got first place in her class and second in the overall pose down. We’re gonna get this one… Because we don’t quit!!!
