Our eclectic system of martial arts has been derived from over 45 years of study by our very own Sensei Mayer. Mayer's fitness director Pamela Mayer, has a One-to-One approach that has helped hundreds of individuals become healthier and stay healthier through exercise. Strength training, boxing, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, rehabilitative and post-rehabilitative training, corporate wellness and body fat testing are just some of the services we can provide you with.
