Gabby wrapped up her season as one of only TWO Xcel Sapphire gymnasts to represent Connecticut at the Region 6 Championship. These athletes raised the bar for Connecticut gymnastics and we are so proud!

It's that quiet moment on a Sunday evening that you can set the tone for your week. Take a moment to lock in on how you want this week to go. What will you accomplish? Who do you want to be by the end of the week?

Your attitude, behaviors, and effort will impact your team. YOU CHOOSE what direction you lead them in. Do you help them become better versions of themselves? Do you raise the tide? Or do you diminish the group's abilities?
