SwimEnergy Aquatics SWIMENERGY is a USA Swimming team dedicated to providing excellence in both swimming and character development for the youth in our community.

SwimEnergy Aquatics offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. We are a new USA Swimming Team based at the North Fort Myers Community Pool in Fort Myers, Florida. Our swimming programs are for all levels of swimming ability, from beginners to elite competitive swimmers, ages 5 years and older, including high school age swimmers. ified coaches emphasize and teach excellence in stroke and racing technique, conditioning and training. We are a POSITIVE ENERGY swim team, teaching and promoting POSITIVE attributes of sportsmanship, work ethic, respect, integrity, teamwork, and empathy. Our aim is to empower our young athletes to achieve happiness and success in swimming and in all aspects of their lives.

What an amazing way to close out FLAGS!

Makayla, got a gold medal in the 100 Breaststroke with a personal best and finishing second in the 50 Free!

Jensen delivered an incredible swim, lowering his personal best in the 100 Breaststroke to secure 4th place. Fantastic effort, Jensen!

Diana chased her personal best in the 100 breaststroke—an amazing effort!

Exciting Swim Finals!

Today's finals--Everyone swims amazingly and has personal best times!

Makayla set a new FLAGS record in the 50 breaststroke, finishing first. She also took second in the 100 free and third in the 100 fly.

Jensen 8th place in the 200 IM, new team record and 9th in the 50 breaststroke.

Diana made a strong showing with a 12th place finish in the 50 breaststroke.

FLAGS News!!

What an incredible start to our swim meet! Makayla blasted her way to first place in the finals, smashing the NRG team record. Jensen wowed everyone with an astonishing 200 Breaststroke, qualifying fifth for the finals and setting a new NRG team record. Houston delivered an outstanding performance, finishing 8th and earning 11 points for our team. Diana swam a fantastic personal best in the 50 Fly, and Leo made his impressive first flag appearance with a personal best time.

We had an amazing time at practice, with the Queen of Hearts!!
A lot of Heart papers survived!!

We had an amazing time at practice, celebrating with the Queen of Hearts! The energy was electric as our swimmers gave their all in every fun moment, despite a few hearts getting a little wet. Congratulations to our champions of the day: Tati, Andrea, and Grace!
