I’ve been trying new group exercise classes this week. Dancercise was a brain booster and gentle on the joints. The instructor showed up in a tutu so of course she was fun!

Fitness Drumming was invigorating! Over 50 people with their glow in the dark drumsticks in a darkened room. The music was fabulous and I have to admit I felt like a rock star!
