As ECP Outdoors continues to evolve, I’ve made the decision to move to an appointment based model for the time being. My goal is to be able to assist all customers with the time and respect that you deserve.
What does that mean?
If you’re looking to purchase a firearm, pick up a transfer, discuss a consignment, sell a collection, or shop for gear, simply give me a call and we’ll schedule a time to meet during business hours that works best for you.
If you have a transfer coming in, don’t worry, that process isn’t changing. I’m still here every day receiving shipments. Once your firearm arrives and is ready for pickup, I’ll give you a call and we’ll figure out a time that works for you to come by and complete the transfer/background.
This isn’t necessarily the final plan forever, either. As I settle into the new routine and continue improving the business, I’d like to add a few regular shopping days each week where customers can stop in without an appointment. For now, the appointment system gives me the flexibility I need to keep everything running smoothly while still making sure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
You can also continue to shop online. I’m currently working on improving the website to make it easier to browse inventory and find what you’re looking for, and you’ll continue to see improvements over time. If you’re looking for something specific, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to check inventory and answer questions.
