Summer has its own rhythm—longer days, looser schedules, a little more space. And then September arrives. 🍂

Suddenly, calendars fill up, routines return, and life starts getting hectic and moving faster.

But what if, instead of simply going back to our old routines, we paused to ask: What rhythm actually feels good to me right now?

Join me for September’s Journaling & Meditation: Returning to Rhythm—a morning to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally consider how you want to show up for this next season.

Together, we’ll reflect on what we want to return to, what we’re ready to change or leave behind, and the small practices that can help us feel grounded as life gets busier.

✨ Gentle movement
✨ Guided meditation
✨ Reflection + journaling
✨ Time just for you

No meditation or journaling experience needed. Journals and tea provided. Just come as you are. 🤍

A little quiet over here lately… 🌅

I’ve been away on vacation, and while I tried to keep some of my usual routines—moving my body, eating well, meditating—it wasn’t always easy, and it definitely wasn’t perfect.

But I also didn’t want to let go of those practices completely. I still tried to honor the things that help me feel grounded, present, and like the best version of myself—just without the same consistency or structure I have at home.

Instead of being hard on myself about it, I tried to give myself some grace.

To let go of the routine when I needed to.
To be present for where I was.
To enjoy the new places, the sunsets, the meals, the conversations, and most importantly, the time with family. 🤍

Because sometimes taking care of ourselves doesn’t look like sticking perfectly to our routines.

Sometimes it looks like resting.
Sometimes it looks like finding small ways to stay connected to the practices that nourish us.
And sometimes it looks like simply being fully present for the life happening around us.

We can honor the things that make us feel our best without needing to do them perfectly.

Now I’m home, feeling grateful, refreshed, and ready to slowly find my rhythm again. ✨

Here’s to doing our best, giving ourselves a little more grace and a little less pressure, and most of all, enjoying life. 💛

It’s June! The halfway point of the year is a great opportunity to pause and check in with yourself. Join me for Journaling & Meditation on Sunday 6/7 at 9am.

What intentions did you set at the beginning of the year?

Are your daily actions aligned with what matters most to you?

Are you making space for the habits, relationships, and practices that help you feel grounded, energized, and connected to yourself?

Now is the opportunity to offer yourself grace, acknowledge where you are, and gently reconnect with what matters most.

Join me for a morning of guided meditation, reflection, and journaling as we explore what alignment looks like in this season of life and identify small, meaningful shifts that can help us move forward with greater clarity and intention.
