Well, this the last week we will be open as we are closing Saturday. It has been fun the past almost 3 years!
Please make sure you come get your shoes from the gym or contact Dawn to get them after Saturday.

Unfortunately I will have to close the gym April 30th. It has been an adventure since July of 2019. We have survived the pandemic and many challenges. Thank you to my wonderful gym family! Keep on staying healthy!

It’s been a hard month but we are almost at the end of it! Burpees week took a lot of people down I guess. This week is Spider-Man’s.
Please be careful in the parking lot as we continue to get more snow and it could turn icy!

So we have started a New Years Revolution and prohibition challenge. January is a dry month or in my case no chocolate from Romolos or Pulakos. 🤷‍♀️

Elf on the Shelf challenge starts tomorrow and lasts until December 24th! Get tickets for signing up for class, attending a class and for doing the 1 minute wall sit. You can also get a ticket for finding that rascal elf too!

Planksgiving challenge starts this Thursday and runs until Thanksgiving day! 🦃
Tickets will be given for signing up for class, attending and for completing a 1 minute plank at the end of class! 💪🏻
Prizes will be given out on Thanksgiving day 8am class! 👏🏻🏆
