Medal of Honor Ride - June 20th: 3 Days out

Four years ago there was a group of us that wanted to bring Erie County Posts/Veterans together and honor the newly named “Medal of Honor Highway”, (Route 20). We only anticipated maybe 30 riders and we were pleasantly surprized at the positve turnout was much much more. Over the years, with the funds raised, we’ve made donations to; the Erie VAMC-Behavior Health, PA Soldiers and Sailors Home, Erie County Veterans Memorial Park, Homeless Veterans, and more. Come take a ride with us, honoring and reflecting on sacrices made by our Veterans.

All wheels welcome, rain or shine.

⚾️💣 FIRST HOMER ALERT! 💣⚾️

A huge congratulations to Miles Cain and Kaden Brooks (AAA American Legion Hooks) on hitting the first home runs tonight!

Miles solo shot came in the 4th inning to put the Hooks ahead in what had been a tied game.

Not to be outdone, Kaden stepped to the plate and delivered a GRAND SLAM, launching his first home run clearing the bases in the process!

There’s nothing quite like seeing the hard work these young athletes put in pay off with moments like these. We’re incredibly proud of both players and can’t wait to see what’s next.
