Black Label Jiu-Jitsu at Park Circle We teach Jiu-Jitsu Martial Art classes to kids and adults in the North Charleston area. We offer tailor fit classes to kids as young as 3 and as old as 12.

Black Label Jiu-Jitsu teaches kids life long values like empathy, grit, and self discipline all while improving grades, behavior, and focus. Park Circle Jiu Jitsu specializes in helping kids grow through the challenge and fun of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Whether your child is looking for confidence, self control, self defense, or just to have fun, we are dedicated to helping them develop from the inside out.

For reasons beyond our control, this past year has been one of screen time overload. Experts tell us that too much screen time leads to obesity, poor sleep patterns, digital eye strain and now some studies show increased ADHD in children.

The antidote is simple: Active Play. It helps kids keep a healthy weight, strengthen bones and muscles, and develop flexibility as they grow. Exercise also has the surprising benefit of improving concentration. So, get the kids moving. It does wonders for their growing bodies and brains. Oss.
