This year marks the 45th Anniversary of Body & Soul®, and we’re preparing for a powerful, celebratory convention this September!
Each year, our instructors invest their own time and resources to attend convention - receiving fitness education to maintain their ACE certification, participating in workouts, gaining fresh vision, and being spiritually encouraged ✨️

Because they love you, and want to give you the very best in every class 💙
