A look at some of the guys testing themselves last night!! Especially the 1st time sparring for my lil cuz!! And they all did great!!! Thank you to sensei Tamika and Mr Nathanael!!! Definitely was fun but a learning experience as well as the students seeing how far they have come!!

Last night was an experience!! These guys got to sweating!! From combos to getting their chance to spar for the 1st time!! Me and Sensei Tamika was too too proud of them for stepping up!! You all did great and learned what you are made of and how much you are progressing!!! Ous!!

Last night we got back to basics in strikes but also rolls and falls as we get back to our locks and throws to keep these guys well rounded with the grappling!!
