Approach/Philosophy: My approach is always leading by example. Whether that’s in the gym, on the beach, or out in public, always doing what is right.
I am a lead by example trainer, so any exercise I show you or put you through, is something I’ve gone through myself many times. I will focus on the details, because they matter the most. One thing I tell all my clients is that I can give you the full 20% - all the knowledge & best workouts you’ve ever been through. If you don’t do the 80% of diet & mental aspect on the journey to your goals, I can’t guarantee you’ll get exactly what you want.
Aside from getting my clients into shape we build the mental toughness aspect & strive to create leaders for others to follow!
Favorite Workout: My favorite workout is an Iron Man, which consists of running, swimming, paddling, & sometimes rowing (lifeguards) this workout is usually done under 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is a crazy full body workout & your whole body feels pumped up after, you feel great once you get through it.
Favorite Food: Chicken parmesan with gnoccis
Favorite Sports Team: All Philadelphia teams
Favorite Wildwood Spot: On the south end of the island, at the Cape May Wildlife Refuge, there’s a small lookout over the bay where there’s always so many animals to see & beautiful sunsets.

Fun Fact: AJ is a trainer, but he is also the CEO of Love Blue. Love Blue’s missions is to conserve our oceans through community outreach programs & organized beach cleanups!
