Being committed to exercise and a healthy lifestyle I believe exercise to be the elixir of youth! It is also never too late to start! I competed in the English Native Championships in the Olympic lifts i.e. Clean and Jerk and Sn**ch in 1988. I began competing in Natural Bodybuilding in the US in 2003, winning three Professional qualifying competitions. During this time I also competed in several Bench Press competitions. I Love to run and have competed in many races ranging from 2 miles to a Half Marathon. I began learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at the age of 60 and Kickboxing at 62. I also Love tennis, yoga, Paddle Boarding, hiking and much more. Experienced in training men and women of all ages from young athletes right through to the very elderly. Ranging from the very fit to people with a variety of health and joint issues. There should be no one size fits all. I always provide an individualized assessment of a client's needs, then through education and motivation I give them the tools they need to reach their goals safely and effectively.
