Thank you Pickleball Club Magazine for sharing our story! 🔥🙌

Before Hot Shots had a home, the founders tested a ceiling with a pickup game. 🏓

The ceiling failed. The search took two years.

Once the doors opened, customers asked for evening beginner classes, healthier food, and morning coffee ☕

So the club listened and built it.

“You need to do your homework, do your research, and listen to the community.” RJ Vassas, co-founder

That’s the thread running through the new September/October issue of Pickleball Club Magazine:

🤝 PIKL LA tells every new hire, “You’re here for the customer”
📊 Pickle Paradise keeps the programs that fill and drops the rest
🍻 Courts & Pints draws 40% of guests for something other than pickleball
🚀 Arch went from 6 courts to 24 after a forced move

Operators: what has your club changed since opening day because a customer asked? 👇
