=>Speed & Agility and Sports Performance Training for Ages 7-14

We are looking for serious athletes who want to:
- Improve vertical, speed, power, strength, & quickness.
- Prevent injury, improve flexibility, increase stamina, & improve fitness level.
- Enjoy a winning season, learn new exercises & techniques! SPEED & AGILITY
Monday's & Wednesday's: 9:30am-10:30am
Tuesday's & Thursday's: 6:45pm-7:45pm

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9:30am-11:00am
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 11:00am-12:30pm
Tuesday's & Thursday's: 6:45pm-8:15pm
