Our latest teacher training has come to a close, and with it, a new group of teachers steps forward; not just with knowledge, but with a deepened sense of responsibility. To study yoga is a commitment. To sit with it, question it, live within it, and begin to understand even a fraction of its depth is no small undertaking. But to then choose to guide others, to carry that wisdom outward into the community, is something even greater. It is a quiet act of service. A willingness to preserve something ancient while allowing it to continue to evolve through each person it touches.
This is how the practice expands. Not through volume, but through sincerity. Through individuals who are willing to embody it, and then share it with care.
We are incredibly proud of this group. Not for completing a program, but for the way they have approached it, with presence, curiosity, and respect for what yoga truly represents.
And at the center of this, our deepest gratitude to Loren.
Her work is not performative. It is not surface-level. It is lived.
Yoga, for her, is not something she teaches, it is something she is in relationship with, constantly. It is woven into her life, her decisions, her way of being. She has studied with some of the most respected teachers, yet remains grounded, open, and deeply humble in all that she continues to learn.
There is a steadiness in her. A devotion that asks for nothing in return, and gives everything to the integrity of the practice.
This training carries that imprint.
To our graduates: this is just the beginning. What you carry now has roots. Continue to listen, to study, to refine, and to share in a way that feels honest and true.
This is how the practice lives on.
