I am so very sorry to hear that Grandmaster Lee Kam Wing has passed on. So gateful to have learned from him in China, at his school, in New York City, and to have hosted him at my school in Michigan. Such a huge loss, but I know that he will live on in his students and his student’s students. RIP

There's an appropriate way to train when you're young and vigorous. There's a proper way to train when you enter the advanced years of your life. There's an appropriate way to train when you're sick, and there's a proper way to train when it seems no workout works.
Even in the face of death at the end of life, there is a form of training, most people get caught between fear of death and their hopes for immortality. Acceptance of death's inevitability as a natural thing at the time, is a form of training for the warrior.
Constant training, always adjusting the goal to the means at hand at your disposal, is the only way to cultivate the true strength that transcends all limitations.
