The third Sacred C in my dreamwork practice is Change.

Dreams are full of movement.
A scene shifts.
A character appears.
A door opens.
An emotion transforms.

When we begin paying attention to these moments, we start noticing where the dream's energy changes direction.
I call this the shift. Sometimes the shift is dramatic. Sometimes it's subtle. But often, it reveals something important about what is already changing within us.

After noticing the shift, I invite dreamers to imagine stepping back into the dream.

Not to fix it. Not to make it better. But to explore possibility.

✨ What would you do differently?

✨ What might happen if you brought more courage, curiosity, or compassion into the dream?

This practice reminds us that dreams don't just reflect transformation. They help us practice it. Even the smallest imagined shift can create ripples in waking life.
