Named after our favorite flat on Mille Lacs, and initially designed for slip bobbers and rigging big minnows. After two summers of testing and development, we learned that this rod excels at multiple other presentations including a jig with live bait, and castable slow death rigs. The soft tip allows you to feel the fish without them feeling you and delivers enough backbone to fight your next trophy.

Rods should be arriving any day now!

Lets talk about one of my favorite features on the new rod we are launching this week. A rapid choke guide train without the hassle of micro guides.

Our modified rapid choke style guide train uses Pac Bay Minima guides and #6 running guides. This design gives you many of the benefits of a rapid choke guide train, while maintaining a larger guide size to minimize issues with leader knots or slip bobber knots traveling through the guide train.

This all equals a lighter rod, further casts, and less hassle on the water!
