I'm teaching less this summer since I will have my lovely daughter assisting me. Still FOUR chances to move with me every week! More classes to come in the fall.

Pyramid & Half Moon Flow / Parsvottanasana & Ardha Chandrasana

Working on finding length and balance on the legs. I was even able to grab my foot in Half Moon/ Ardha Chandrasana and briefly find Sugar Cane/ Chapasana

Tight hamstrings and hips? Try these!
Grab a strap/ belt/ dog leash and lay down. Stay in each stretch for at least 5 breaths. You want to feel a stretch somewhere in the leg. And it should be a stretch mild enough you can breathe easily.

Tree laying down: use a bolster to weigh down the bent leg or under the pelvis to open up the front of the hips and hip flexors.

Pyramid Pose or Parsvottanasana
Keep the toes facing the chair, knees straight, then hinge down as low as you want. Use the top of the chair or blocks to meet your body where it is today.

Add on by coming out half way and adding a twist.

Notice which legs you feel a stretch in. It could be one or both!

Most days a quick 20 min yoga practice is all my body needs! Even 10 mins some days.

if you pay attention you can see my practice isn't perfect. I missed a post on one side and almost fell out of the lunge. That's ok, doesn't matter.

The important part is showing up and listening to your body. πŸ€ΈπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ§πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
