Here’s the GROOM!

Better late than never! 😂

They are back from their honeymoon and hitting it full throttle!

I previously showed the bride, wedding ready.

Now Here’s the groom!

A slight delay due to technical errors 😂

There’s about 7 weeks between pics.

Super fun coaching him and his wife.

There’s no hand holding…

Whatever I put in front of them, I can consider it done.

We had a few obstacles leading up to the wedding due to his work schedule, but he made it work.

No excuses - just got things done.

Proof is in the pudding.

Now that the honeymoon is over I’m excited to get back to things.

Build season is in full effect 💪

They have a flexible 9 day rotation that they can mold around their crazy work schedule.

Now it’s time to put that increased honeymoon food to use.

Super excited to see what gains we can make over the next few months✌️

Many people out there want to gain muscle and strength.

Even for my plant-based people, these general rules apply.

You need to eat at a surplus, eat enough protein, and resistance train.

Now for plant-based people, it might be a bit complicated considering the protein source and quality of the said source.

Hitting protein numbers might require techniques such as plant-derived protein isolate supplements or just knowing different quality plant-based proteins.

We often think quality food is too expensive and fast food is cheaper.

But we can’t evaluate cost based on the short term. There are long term cost as well.

Quality foods, quality sleep, and exercise are long term investments.

Sure they suck in the short term but trust me they’re worth it.

Many people have trouble controlling their portions.

In a world with highly palatable ultra processed foods it’s easy to overeat.

This is why we stress eating whole minimally processed foods.

These tips won’t necessarily work if you’re diet isn’t primarily quality foods.

Obviously whole wheat, high fiber is the way to go.

But a donut here or there never killed anyone. Don’t be afraid to carb it up sometimes.

There is no point of being scared of carbs. You can lose weight and fuel your workouts consuming them.

Dig deep, what is your why for doing this?
So many people attempt to lose weight but often give up.
They probably give up because they have no strong motivation for sticking with their diet, workout plan, or overall lifestyle changes.
You need to understand the deeper reason for why you’re doing this.
If not you might as well give up before you start.
