This was a monumental leap for the youth in North America. One of our programs the Studio Collective launched the North American chapter of the Legacy League.

Five years in the making , , , , and have created a league dedicated to continuing the legacy of the youth by training, educating, preserving and connecting the youth. This event the Legacy League brings together all the elements of street and club dance studios and furthers education and growth of the culture.

We would like to thank all the studios above and our guest performance teams nyc





It was great to be able to share what we have been working on for the past five years. We would also like to thank the staff, video and venue for making today seamless. Thank you to our challenge Judges and our Battle Judge . Of course nothing would have happened today if we didn’t have a soundtrack for the day and that was provided by none other than . Of course our host thank you for all you do.

Thank you all for coming out and joining us. Please stay tuned as we start the official launch of the Studio Collective and begin the first official run of the Legacy League. NXGN NY Studios & Schedule

As we close out the year and on this day of Ujima when we celebrate community. We are announcing our partnership with three community leaders 📢Cucala dance in Long Island City, KBL in Harlem and Versd.

We are starting out small just a few classes with Cebo, and Coco soon to be adding Beasty and Miyabi. Then we will add all of our other teachers as well. You can get all the information at as well as book your classes there as well. 📲

These classes are specially designed to teach street and club styles to individuals looking to do more than just move but understand and develop their own movement within the street and club dance styles. 💡So come listen to the music, feel the music and dance to and with the music with us and our partners or se you all in January classes start Friday the fifth at KBL.

We are still trying to stay open but this might be our last event for good. Yes it was very short time. We are BLACK OWNED and STRUGGLING!! But at least we tried!

So come and enjoy the space for one last time!!

NexPress Battle

Doors open at 3pm.

The true fire way to learn how to properly converse and execute while applying all the dance knowledge from our seasoned panel of judges.

Music is curated by New York’s own Jaze Art Remote .

Battle registration will close & prelims will start promptly at 4pm.

Judges will select dancers in prelim by a clear scale of understanding Music, Feeling, and Dance. Once the dancers are selected then every round will be broken down by the judges with explanations why they chose or did not choose a contestant.

Information is the major purpose of this battle giving everyone the advantages they need to push themselves to a higher level, the Next level, while expresing their love for the culture.

We are forever grateful for this opportunity, your support and learning experience 🙏🏼 Whichever this goes, we will continue to try our best to give back to the community!!
