What a phenomenal tournament to cap off our American Legion Baseball season! We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to its success, including Jeff and Joe, the dynamic duo behind the 130 Crew, Brad Horning, Quinton Hall, Mike Taylor, and the incomparable Julie Martin, the Voice of the tournament. Let's also acknowledge the American Legion Post 34 for their hospitality. 🇺🇸❤️⚾💙🇺🇸

North Coos Waterfront Hold Off West Albany Bulldogs Legion A 2026 For Victory

North Coos Waterfront built a 5-run lead in the second inning and then held off West Albany Bulldogs Legion A 2026's charge for an 8-6 victory on Thursday. West Albany Bulldogs Legion A 2026 closed the gap by scoring on a double, an error, a , and a .

North Coos Waterfront got on the board in the top of the first inning after Alexander Peck grounded out, scoring one run, and Jackson Swanson singled, scoring two runs.

North Coos Waterfront added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Brody Kyllo singled down the left field line, and Blaze Wheeling hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.

Blaze Wheeling earned the win for North Coos Waterfront. The starting pitcher gave up five hits and four runs (one earned) over six innings, striking out nine and walking three. Caleb Fifhause took the loss for West Albany Bulldogs Legion A 2026. The starter went six innings, surrendering seven runs (five earned) on 10 hits, striking out four and walking two. Tharin Johnson tossed one inning of shutout ball for North Coos Waterfront in relief. The reliever surrendered zero hits, striking out three and walking none.

North Coos Waterfront collected 10 hits in the game. Josh Sullivan set the tone at the top of the lineup, leading North Coos Waterfront with three hits in five at bats. Jackson Swanson and Blaze Wheeling each drove in two runs for North Coos Waterfront. Matthew Swank and Brayden Anderson each collected multiple hits for North Coos Waterfront. Jackson Swanson stole two bases.

North Coos Waterfront fell 2-1 to Columbia River Gorge Hustler A Legion 2026 18U on Wednesday at Clyde Allen Baseball Park despite out-hitting them seven to four. Blaze Wheeling led North Coos Waterfront with two hits.

North Coos Waterfront was right in it until Columbia River Gorge Hustler A Legion 2026 18U sacrifice bunted in the sixth inning.

A double by Bodie Stuben on the seventh pitch of the at-bat put Columbia River Gorge Hustler A Legion 2026 18U on the board in the bottom of the third.

Brody Kyllo singled down the right field line, which helped North Coos Waterfront tie the game at one in the top of the sixth.

Gunner Bustos earned the win for Columbia River Gorge Hustler A Legion 2026 18U. The pitcher surrendered four hits and one run over two and two-thirds innings, striking out none and walking one. Brody Kyllo took the loss for North Coos Waterfront. The starter went six innings, allowing two runs on four hits, striking out six and walking four. Landen Pratt stepped on the bump first for Columbia River Gorge Hustler A Legion 2026 18U. The hurler surrendered three hits and zero runs over four innings, striking out nine and walking three.
