We are walking miracles!
The body is a self-healing organism. Cells are constantly changing. Every seven years we’ve made an entirely new body for ourselves.
While we sleep and when we are relaxed, our bodies shift into rest and repair mode. Hence quality sleep and relaxation are so important to our overall health and well-being.
Now before you get your knickers in a bunch, I am categorically saying modern medicine is an option. And at times an absolute necessity.
What I’m saying is that it doesn’t have to be our first choice all the time. Broken leg, go to ER stat!
Feeling blue? Or anxious? Perhaps review some life choices. Talk to someone maybe?🤔 Learn to meditate? Try a new hobby. What about some flower remedies. Get a massage or reiki. Acupuncture.
There’s a load of things we can do to make us feel better. To change things up. Medication or (please no) medical intervention is the last resort.
Take a moment to put your hand on your heart. Breathe deeply. Relax your shoulders away from your ears. Soften your jaw.
You’re a miracle.
