It's time to join Shady Lane again!
To join, memberships can be completed online by filling out your information in this google form: https://forms.gle/eLvFu72zxEJkNB9cA (PREFERRED- this will automatically send us all your information)! **no need to print the membership form**
*(mail payments to Shady Lane Swim Club, 3462 Westport Court, Cincinnati, Ohio 45248 and include family name in memo line)*
**PLEASE WRITE SEPARATE CHECKS FOR MEMBERSHIP DUES AND SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION**
Your membership cards will be mailed to you in May.
If you would prefer to fill out the form on paper, it is attached along with membership information.
If you have children who are interested in joining the Shady Lane Stingrays swim team, information is also attached. Family memberships must be in good standing to join the swim team. Questions? Please contact [email protected].

Early Bird Fees (PAYMENT must be received before February 28th):
-Family Membership: $500.00 + $39.00 (7.8% sales tax)= $539.00
-Single Membership: $300.00 + $23.40 (7.8% sales tax)= $323.40
Regular Fees (payments received after February 28th):
-Family Membership: $540.00 + $42.12 (7.8% sales tax)= $582.12
-Single Membership: $340.00 + $26.52 (7.8% sales tax)= $366.52
