Hats off to our top notch media team 📸

Somer Kreisman VK and 30k, both at the rocky outcropping on Si. She spent alllll day out there!
SPENCER JONES start/finish for 30k/10k and festival vibes. Also ran the VK!
Paxton L Hall in the forests with ferns and big rocks for the 10k/30k. Great lighting this year 👌
mikaela mulco with video from both days and our IG manager superstar. Stay tuned for a post race vid! She was also our resident first aid person who happened to get hives from a hornet sting… pour some out for all of Mik’s hard work who gave as much to this race as anyone.

We pay to have these wonderful people on site, however please still credit these folks if you’re using their images and considering giving them a little thank you per the post race email!

The festy vibes at NBTF this year were all we dreamed of and more. Nothing like a sunny day filled with glittery faces, huge smiles, hitting of the cymbal, kiddos and dogs running all over the place, and lots of fun for everyone involved! 🥲🎪🏃‍♂️

What do y’all wanna see more of next year?? Shoot your ideas our way. We are all ears! 👀

And just like that… North Bend Trail Fest is in the books🌲⛰️

What a weekend.

☀️ The sun showed up for a proper PNW fall weekend, the trails got fast, multiple course records went down, and North Bend was buzzing from start to finish.

🤩 Big cheers to Joe McConaughy 🌱Stringbean for a fantastic first season of co-race directing with the legend himself Scott Sowle

🎪 And the festival? Exactly what we hoped for. Runners, families, kids, dogs, volunteers, locals, and all kinds of good humans hanging out, cheering, racing, , and generally having a pretty great time (at least we think so)!

Huge thanks to our sponsors, Brooks Running and näak , for helping bring it all to life.

Thanks for showing up, throwing down, cheering loud and making it what it was!

Same time next year? 🫶🏽

Congratulations to the 30k Elite Men’s Podium!!! 🏆🏃‍♂️⛰️

Dustin came back for another win after snagging 1st last year as well! All of these guys ripped up Si and Tenerife over verty and technical terrain with crazy speed. Congrats y’all.

Bend’s Casey Campbell continues his breakout season and 2nd and 3rd come down to the wire.

M1 Caste Campbell: 39:21
M2 Zachary Szablewski: 44:06
M3 Scott Wehrwein: 44:17

Could anyone challenge Meika’s VK record? In prep to race for Team USA at World’s in Quebec, Casey raced strong and showed why he is one of the best uphill runners in the US, although he wasn’t able to beat Meika’s 2025 time.

Zach and Scott traded blows. Zach gapped Scott when the course leveled out, and Scott would catch back up on more level terrain. At the final boulder field crossing Zach came away with 2nd by a razor thin margin.

The men’s race saw a significant improvement in the front of the pack this year with seven runners going sub-50. Race photographer Spencer Jones (46:32) was one of them and will be out shooting the 30k and 10k tomorrow!

Hilly Goat lives up to the nickname, and 4 women go sub 60.

F1 Hillary Allen: 51:06 (new CR!)
F2 Emily Peterson: 54:30
F3 Ashley Nichols: 57:34

Sunny skies and good vibes yielded a terrific race lead by Brooks Running athlete Hillary Allen. Hillary stormed the course and set a new course record by over a minute.

Emily and Ashley both raced hard with Emily putting in a gap and finishing in 2nd place.

4 women went under 60, with Liz Glenn finishing in 5th with 60:01.

Also, shoutout to a solid squad of new moms who crushed the course!
