Having trouble with your RDLs? 🤔 Here’s 3 cues to help you out!

1️⃣ Keep the bar CLOSE to your body. There should be no space between the bar and your legs!

2️⃣ Push your hips BACK (not down). Think about closing the car door with your butt 🤣

3️⃣ Unlock your knees! Keeping them stiff while allowing for that slight bend will help your hips move easier!
