Baseball and Softball Winter Training At the PoWerhouse.

Our PoWerhouse Facility located in North Aurora has everything you need to take your game to the next level this off season. We have the space you need to get in a practice or workout. We offer team or individual instruction from our experienced coaching staff. We also offer strength, speed, and fitness training from our certified strength coach.

PoWer House is coming! Save the date for our open house this Sunday September 15th from 1:00-4:00PM. 200 Poplar Place in North Aurora. Located just off of Route 88 along Airport Road between route 31 and Randall Road near The Oberweis Ice Cream and Dairy plant.
Come check out our new 5000 square foot facility. It is fully turfed with 3 netted hitting tunnels and has an air conditioned parents viewing area. There will be a dedicated pitching area with portable turf mounds to be used at any distance. We will also have an area dedicated for strength and conditioning.
We will have one of the areas first High School aged Yoga and stretching courses. This program will incorporate alignment, strength, breathing, and balance. (more to come)
We will be a Softball and Baseball Training facility, but are not limited to just those sports. The space we have allows us to run training and programs for Soccer, Football, Volleyball, Golf, Dodgeball and More! Our spacious facility is available to rent for parties, teams, meetings or other events.
