Busy weekend at Riverview Park with the Activities Center hosting the South Carolina High School League Girls Basketball NCAA Live Event. Games continue tonight with last tip-offs at 8:55pm. Saturday concludes the event with games beginning at 9am and last tip-offs at 12:40pm. Gyms will reopen for free play basketball and pickleball at approximately 2pm.

A special thank you to our Maintenance Team and Greeneway Team for their hard work and dedication in preparing our fields for a great weekend of competition.

Congratulations to our 12U All-Stars on capturing the Central District 12U Softball Championship! The team was led by Head Coach Wesley Ashley 🎉🥎

We would also like to congratulate our 8U All-Stars on finishing as Runner-Up in their respective bracket. The team was led by Head Coach Pat Carpenter.

🚧 Creighton Park Maintenance Alert 🚧

Beginning Monday, June 15, the Creighton Park parking area will be closed for construction. City Contractor will begin constructing a new parking lot and sidewalk. The on-street parking on Lake Avenue will not be affected by this project. The playground and restrooms will remain open. Please exercise caution with your children in the park. Updates will be provided as we begin Creighton Park Phase 2 improvements which will include playground expansion beginning in August.

Our 8U and 12U Softball All-Star teams will travel to Aiken on Saturday, June 13 to compete in the SCAP District Tournament. We wish them the best of luck as they continue their postseason journey!
