A spike for 10 hrs straight!!!
The Earth's magnet field, Earth's Schumann Resonance spiked for 10 hours!
Today, simultaneously... 2 billion Muslims and 1.5 Billion Catholics will be in prayer & begin fasting for the next month as Ramadan starts along with Lent & Ash Wednesday (100 years since these 2 coincided and every time it has in the past, it shifted history)
Yesterday millions of monks meditated and prayed during Lunar New Year and the beginning of the 🐎🔥🐴 Fire Horse year.
AAAND yesterday.. to top it all off: A Solar Eclipse and a New Moon in Aquarius brought the energy of Reinvention and Restructuring.
I don't believe in coincidences.. all of this happening all at once is an opportunity to shift the planet in a HUGE way.

I invite you to add your prayer energy today with clear intention for peace, harmony, unconditional love, and inclusive acceptance of all peoples.. release anything in our hearts that is rooted in fear, lack, greed, judgement, all which cause division, anger, hate, and racism. This is not a prayer of begging and pleading while in disbelief, but FEEL it & Believe it.

I admit that last week was heavy for me, not only because of grieving my father.. but I was saddened to see so much division, racism, and lack of compassion.. I was triggered and distracted. I apologize to you all.

Let's stay united until all hearts are softened and peace, love, and light overcomes.

Happy Wednesday... If you're not happy, find ways to get happy. Start with being physically healthy then renew your mind so that you can be motivated to keep it up. The mind can be our biggest enemy but it can also be our most powerful ally... It just has to be trained.. love you, you got this!

Happy August friends! Wknd recap:
1. Seafair: "How old are your kids?".. "22/27".. strange looks.. "Oh, I'm turning 50 & Alfred's 54". "But you're comfortable to be with, I thought you're our age (30's), I don't like wearing makeup either, I'm so glad we met".... "Me too, new friend!"

2. Ego Love vs. Spirit Love. My love for my mom is no longer because "I" long for mothering & nurturing love from her for 'myself', but because I am empathetic to an elderly human deserving health and happiness. Ego Love is Selfish & Self-centered: gaslight, blame, manipulate, control, excludes others, is territorial, keeps secrets, & loving for personal gain (material or emotional).
Spirit Love is for the good of all. . This is an epiphany from my spirit.
