“I have some health issues and I know that I have to take things slow. Coaches Nora and Sean meet you where you are at.

As you progress they increase the challenge. And yes, they can tell if you are not challenged with a particular exercise.

They have an exercise plan specifically for you and it changes every month. The program hits all muscle groups including the brain, because of the new exercises each month.

Frankly, challenging my brain was one of my goals. I am in the over 60 group and they are a wonderful group of people, supportive, kind and fun!”
