Are you ready to get your body moving and prepare for the 2027 season? Join DSA’s new 8-week Performance Lab Strength & Movement Camp! This sport-specific, off-season training program is designed to build strength, improve movement efficiency and help athletes perform better on the diamond.

Separate sessions are available for two age groups: Ages 10–13 and Ages 14–18
