Sports 🤾♂️ Bring Communities Together‼️
In This Case, Soccer ⚽ Brought Back Old Mates in the Small Town of North Arlington.
Matthew, Claudio Jr & Angel loved being at home! They arrived in the 🇺🇸 from 🇪🇸 on 12/19/22 for the Christmas 🎄 & Winter ❄️ Break. In combination with spending time with their respective families, they couldn't stay off the field for long; they had to get all their friends and old teammates together as much as possible. For the past 5 plus months, these student-athletes have been used to daily training, conditioning & all things soccer. In their short 15-day stay, Angel, Claudio Jr, & Matthew put together multiple matches and games. There's this certain camaraderie and togetherness that comes with playing with old friends. For the most part, many of these friendships are from childhood, with inside jokes, memories, and trust. Nothing compares to being back home & setting up friendly matches between friends!
These three young athletes even set up a SOFIVE match, where approximately 22 friends came together to play the beautiful game of soccer. This time, Tiago also joined his 🇪🇸 teammates Angel, Claudio Jr. & Matthew, where they played for two hours amongst ~ 22 friends! ⚽️💪🏻
