The biggest Thank You goes out to Trombly Brothers Towing and Automotive (they don’t want recognition, but we’re giving it to them anyway 😉) for sponsoring a float in the Santa Parade today for our 8th grade Super Bowl winning team. The amount of thought, effort, and collaboration that went into making today happen for our team was above and beyond, and we extend our deepest gratitude to the entire Trombly family! Today would not have happened without your generosity. ♥️🖤

We would also like to thank LombardoGraphics.com for donating the sign that was on the front of our float. To not only agree to produce the sign with such a short turn around, but then to donate it on top of that, is an incredible gesture. We appreciate it greatly!

Additionally, we continue to keep 8th grade classmate Savannah Solivan in our thoughts as she battles cancer for the second time. Thank you for being an inspiration to all of us. 💜🎗️

Today was the finally send off for our 8th graders, who donned their jerseys one last time as members of our NABC Youth Football program, then handed them in right after. It was the perfect sendoff after a storybook season. 🏈

Congratulations to our 8th grade Cape Ann Youth Football League All Stars - Max LaGrasse, Mason Nguyen, and Ryan Peters! A well-deserted honor for these 3 who worked hard all season! ⭐️

The All Stars, along with A team head coach, Billy Marcotte, Jr., and NABC Football Commissioner, Dave Duquette, attended the league banquet last night. What a great group representing our Super Bowl Champs! ♥️🖤🏈

Shout out to some of our 5th grade players for volunteering their free time on their day off from school on Tuesday. They shopped for, organized, and packed snack bags for the Town of North Andover Take and Leave bins. And they even used some football team work skills to help them get organized! 😉 Great job, boys!

And finally our 7th grade B team! Another team that probably didn’t have quite the year they wanted with only 1 win. BUT the losses often teach more than the wins. This team learned a lot about resiliency and work ethic. They will carry those lessons into their last season of youth football and we have no doubt they will be successful! Keep up the work, boys! NABC Football is proud of you.

Next up - our JVC team! A mix of 5th and 6th graders, about a third of this team was new to playing tackle football this year. Though they only notched one win on the season, it was a year of growth for these athletes! Kudos to the coaching staff for teaching this team that it’s not always about what’s on the scoreboard. And shoutout to the players for working hard despite some tough outcomes. We look forward to continuing to watch you for years to come!

Next up on our team spotlight is our 3rd/4th grade D team. The youngest in our program, these athletes are just beginning their tackle football careers.

After a bit of a slow start to the season, they started to find their groove in week 4 with their first win and battled their way to a record of 3-5.

They continued to put in the work week after week. We just know that this team will do great things!! Keep it up, D team! 👏

We know there’s been a lot of talk about our 8th grade A team lately, but we want to congratulate all of our teams for a fun 2025 season!

Our first spotlight goes out to our 6th grade C team, who made their own playoff run deep into the season. They faced off against a very tough Danvers team in the Walsh divisional finals, and although it did not end the way they had hoped, we are proud of their fight!

With only 18 on their roster, players were often asked to play both sides of the ball. This can take a physical toll on a lot of kids, but these athletes have a nonstop motor that is unmatched! They finished their season with a record of 5-3, but even their regular season losses were within one touchdown. Great work, C team! Can’t wait to watch you next year! ⭐️
