Our rowing teams learn to love the process, not just the end results. Our athletes are future leaders and we are training them to be fighters. Consistent hard work is coupled with mental skills training and guided self-exploration to empower you to begin to define your values, motivation and purpose through sport. We push you to define success, articulate your own strengths and weaknesses, and commit to challenges and goals where the reward is improvement rather than medals. You will focus on integrity and practice self-discipline and patience. You will learn grit and determination in a safe, supportive and developmentally appropriate environment. And you will find yourself deliberately and effectively habitualizing perseverance, stress management and self-control that will lead to improved athletic performance and quality of life.

Join us LIVE TODAY at 12:00pm EST to hear Coach Jackie (Jackie Andrews) talk with Lizzie Mitchell (Lizzie Mitchell) about her experience coaching at the 2026 U23 World Rowing Championships (USRowing). She coached the Women’s U23 4x which took gold with two RSR ELITE alumni, Kathyn Serra (Kathryn🇺🇸🇨🇺) and Sumner Kerr (Sumner Kerr). We could not be prouder of these boys who took the gold at RowFest this year. Though the regatta did not have as much competition as previous years- no doubt Buffalo is fast and these boys took this race from start to finish.

So impressed by their effort, coachability and tenacity throughout camp. They demonstrated that they can be good people and still go fast. They showed great integrity and are fantastic teammates that support eachother. They learned skills they will carry outside of the boathouse as young men. And they had fun while doing it. Well done boys.
