🎉 IT’S FINALLY LIVE! 🎉

For years, I’ve dreamed about creating a space that truly reflects who I am, what I believe in, and the incredible community we’ve built together.

Today, I’m so excited to share that my new website is officially live!

This has been a long time coming.

When I first started helping people exercise nearly 20 years ago, I never imagined where this journey would take me. What began as a passion for fitness has grown into something so much bigger, a mission to help people build strength, confidence, consistency, and healthier lives.

Over the years, you’ve trusted me with your goals, celebrated victories with me, shown up for 6 AM workouts, pushed through challenges, and supported me in ways you’ll never fully know. This website is a reflection of all of that.

It’s a place where I can continue to grow, evolve, and better serve this amazing community. While it’s still a work in progress, my vision is for it to become a hub for fitness programs, workout resources, wellness education, recordings, inspiration, and support.

Most importantly, it’s a home for the community we’ve built together.

To every client, class participant, challenge member, friend, family member, and supporter—thank you. Your encouragement, trust, and belief in me have helped make this possible. I am incredibly grateful to do work that I truly love, and I never take that for granted.

Jamie has been taking my classes since 2020… which honestly is just incredible!! She recently sent me this picture and said, “Those back exercises have really been paying off!” and I was like YES THEY ARE!

I’m just so proud of her dedication and consistency over the years. Jamie is a busy mom, works full time, has a million responsibilities like all of us… and she still continues to show up for herself.

And here’s the best part… these workouts are only 30 minutes, 3 days a week. That’s it. It’s such a good reminder that you do not need to spend hours working out to get stronger and see progress. Small consistent effort over time REALLY adds up.

The strength and definition she has built is from years of showing up, staying consistent, and putting in the work even during busy seasons of life.

It all starts with your self talk (internal dialogue). How have you been speaking to yourself lately? One of the best examples to try is instead of “I have to” change that language to “I get to” and see how your life and actions starts to shift for you. ❤️
