The ACXC Mavericks are kicking off their FIRST race of the season at the Cherokee Classic x Prompt PT at Cherokee Boulevard! 💙🤍

We’re ready to see our Mavericks hit the course, compete hard, and start this season STRONG! 🔥

MEET THE MAVS is THIS SATURDAY, August 15th from 6:00-9:00pm on the ACHS Football Field!

We will have Kona Ice of Hardin Valley/Clinton/Powell & 865 Sips set up with proceeds going back to the Track & Field and Cross Country programs! We will also be silent auctioning off a $50 & $100 Hammer's-Clinton Gift Card at our tent! Come out & see us and support these amazing kids!

🚨 REMINDER: DEAD PERIOD FOR ALL SPORTS BEGINS TOMORROW 🚨

The TSSAA Dead Period runs from June 22 – July 5.

During this time, there can be no coaching, observing, coach/player contact, practices, open facilities, or weight training/conditioning.

This applies to ALL sports with no exceptions.

Enjoy your break, spend time with family and friends, and come back refreshed and ready to work!

Cameron H had a phenomenal race in the 3200m at the TSSAA AA State Championships, finishing 8th in the state with a time of 10:00.15! 🔥🏃‍♂️🐂

Cameron had an incredible season this year and represented Anderson County with determination and pride every time he stepped on the track! 💙🤍

The best part? He’s only a junior! We can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next season representing the Mavericks again! 👏🏼🔥

Ava M is your BACK-TO-BACK-TO-BACK TSSAA AA 3200m STATE CHAMPION!! 👑🔥🐂 THREE-PEAT!!!

Ava brought home another GOLD medal today at the TSSAA State Championships with an incredible time of 11:18.06! 💥🏃‍♀️

What an unbelievable way to finish out her senior season at ACHS! Ava ran a phenomenal race in the 3200m and continues to make history for Anderson County Track & Field! 💙🤍

We are SO proud of you, Ava! Thank you for representing Anderson County with excellence and heart every single time you step on the track! 👏🏼🔥
