Good morning!!
Taking a quick moment to reintroduce myself and the classes I offer —- so, hi! I’m Jen!
I started taking Zumba classes and teaching Zumba in 2020 because the music and movement feels like a beautiful escape and the perfect way to schedule in “me time.”

I live in Norridge with my husband, teen, and tween — work in development for an incredible non-profit — and love to have fun but also be in PJs by 9pm most nights. 💁🏻‍♀️🤩

Zumba class is on Thursdays at 6:00pm — this is a cardio class to Latin and global rhythms.

Dance and Strength Fusion is Saturdays at 9:00am - this is a dance and strength training class that incorporates weights. (Weights are provided but you can absolutely bring your own)

Stretch Flex and Tons is on Wednesdays at 10:30am - this is a cardio and strength training SEATED class. (Weights also provided!)

All classes are at the Harwood Heights Recreation Center - 7300 W. Wilson and are $5.
No registration needed - no membership needed.

Most importantly, all classes are inclusive and FUN! You can expect a great workout and lots of fun and laughs during the workout.
