Today the exceptional teen-leaders from our 6p M-T-W class, dedicated a day off from school to help the Des Moines Area Food Bank feed 300+ families in need.

Leadership is one of the key aspects of Seattle Taekwondo's Black Belt program.

Taekwondo Classes are now available at Marvista Elementary School Gym on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm.
Tryout a free trial class! Tiny Tigers and Juniors at 5pm.
Teens and Adults at 6pm.

Mr. Craig has been a member of the Rotary Club of Des Moines/Normandy Park, WA for several years. He will be handling the Ice for the 2021 Poverty Bay Blues & Brews Fest, cause he's a "pretty cool guy".
