What an incredible morning honoring the life and legacy of Christina Rehkop! We were blown away by the turnout, the energy, and the support from this AMAZING community!! Every push-up, every donation, and every person who showed up helped celebrate a life that continues to inspire so many!

Because of your generosity, we were able to contribute to the scholarship established in Christina’s name, helping her impact continue for years to come!

CONSISTENCY CLUB‼️

Each month we take some time and celebrate those who prioritize their fitness journey! The consistency club a a club for those who have attended 12 or more classes in a month! We know that success people do consistently what others do occasionally.

We know that people who come to our programs more frequently are more likely to see better results in the long run. The Consistency Club allows members to see how often their fellow members are attending, so they can challenge each other to be more consistent and take their fitness to the next level.
