💥 Meet Coach Tim Wait! 💥

Tim has been part of the CrossFit community since 2011 and holds his CrossFit Level 2 certification. A lifelong athlete and competitor, he found CrossFit after years of playing baseball, football, basketball, track, and even adult league baseball.

🏋️ Favorite Movement: Bar Muscle-Ups
😅 Least Favorite Movement: Burpees (for obvious reasons)

What drives Tim as a coach? Helping people achieve things they never thought possible. Whether working with seasoned competitors or brand-new athletes, he’s passionate about building confidence, developing skills, and helping others reach their full potential.

Outside the gym, you’ll find Tim and his partner Virginia cheering on OU athletics, spending time with their four rescue dogs (and one mystery kitten), and apparently… listening to Britney Spears.
