While all the grapplers are at ADCC IN Dallas, our kickboxers would love to get some sparring rounds!

We do this every Friday night and would love some decent players to come beat us up. I’ll be gone this time but we’ve got some good athletes in need of dance partners.

Tomorrow night and EVERY Friday night 745pm standup/ MMA sparring!

1. Applies techniques, strategies, and systems to their match that they’ve drilled and refined in class.

2. Listens to instructions and responds in real time.

This is the kind of team I’ve always wanted. I think we’re getting there.
