Starting this Monday, November 2. We offer boot camp style small group fitness classes MWF at either 5:30 or 7:30 pm with a bonus class on Thursdays at 5:30 only.

**5:30 is FULL; plenty of room in 7:30!

Functional fitness, HIIT, strength training,friendship and fun. We’re doing all the same exercises as similar gyms for a fraction of the cost. I’m also not encumbered by any corporate headquarters telling me what exercises to do or what words to say because I am corporate headquarters and I do what I want. 💅🏼💁🏻‍♀️

We are a small, family owned business and your support means everything to our success. We appreciate our loyal clients and friends and would love to grow! 💪🏾

Our first kids camp (Circa 2019) was kickboxing for kids and it was a hit!
We’re bringing it back for 2025!
This is an introductory course and open to all kids ages 5-12 no equipment needed!
The first 10 kids to pre-register get a free pair of kickboxing gloves!
