Since becoming a personal trainer it’s been hard to balance my own workouts plus training clients at the gym. Recently I’ve been doing a much better job at getting into a routine and prioritizing my own workouts. Excited to see the progress I will continue to make as I continue to make my own workouts a top priority. You can’t pour from an empty cup and moving my body is one way that allows my cup to stay full!
