I might sound selfish, but here's my opinion: As a swimming instructor and lifeguard, I always tell my son and anyone else who will listen: if you're in open water(even in a pool) and want to help someone in distress, don't try to rescue them unless you have the right equipment and training. Otherwise, one victim can easily turn into many. Safety first, always.

• 3 spot available 6:10 Intermediate/Advanced/Learning Safety Skills

I apologize for not responding to everyone who has reached out to me. I make an effort to be good at communication, but I only have a few days each week when I can actually call and reach out to people. I work all day from Monday through Friday, so Saturdays and Sundays are my only days to catch up. However, I also tried to make time for family.
